Daniel R. Hartley was born in Quincy, Massachusetts on February 21, 1966. He attended Oyster River High School in Durham, New Hampshire and graduated in 1984. Dan went to college at Boston University and graduated with honors in 1988 (BA Cum Laude). He went to the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine and graduated with honors in 1991 (JD Cum Laude). Dan was a member of Moot Court Board at law school from 1989 to 1991.
Dan was hired out of law school by Casassa Law Office and has worked there since 1991. He is now a partner of the firm. He was Treasurer of the Rockingham County Bar Association from 1997 to 2010. Dan was formerly active in the nonprofit, James House Association and Hampton Attack Soccer. He was the President of the Hampton Attack Soccer program from 2005 to 2010. He is currently Treasurer of the Seacoast Soccer League. Dan is married with four daughters and lives in Hampton, New Hampshire.
